written exam and SSB interview are both part of the twice-yearly NDA exam. The General Ability Test (GAT) and Mathematics are the two papers that comprise the NDA written examination. There are 270 questions in total across the two papers' worth of objective questions. In particular, there are 120 questions on the Mathematics paper and 150 questions on the GAT paper. Is 400 in the NDA a decent score?

Yes Girls are eligible for NDA Examination. Around 35 seats are reserved for Girl Candidates.
Can only Non - Medical Students can appear in NDA examination?
Any student who has done or appearing in 12th grade exams can appear in NDA examination in case he meets other eligibility criteria’s. Though for Air Force and army a student must have studied Maths & Physics at 12th level. Arts, Commerce & medical stream students can only apply for Indian Army in NDA.
